SHIPPING BOX WAS OPEN WHEN ARRIVED!

The Dream Serenity was received today at my front door. It had been forcefully opened. It's a violation of my property. Please investigate.

Macys to the rescue

Great product and a seamless transaction. I had originally ordered a similar product from a different online retailer only to be thwarted by the wrong item arriving 4 different times. Kudos to Macy's for stepping up their online services.

Item is great… packaging and delivery? Not so much

The item does what it’s advertised to do. Comfortable and easy to set up! Only thing is that the packaging box was open because the item was packed in a tight ball with plastic sheets. 3 because the way it was shipped was terrible. No shipping slip, open destroyed box, haphazard packaging of the item.

Chemical stank! Beware

Chemical smell like no other, I wanted to love this topper. Let it air out for two weeks off of the bed on its own, fan on, window open and it still stunk so I returned it.
