DEFECTIVE???

This Memory Foam Pillow arrived yesterday & I opened it right away to air it out as directed. Upon removing it from the Travel Bag (Which is Nice!) it definitely has more Holes than in the Photo; Pin Holes & Much Larger (And, MUCH LONGER!), as well as, pieces of Foam Missing(?), or WORN OFF on the Corners & Sides??? I'm Happy giving it "1" Star, but ONLY FOR THE PRICE!!! I will contact Macy's, but this was shipped Direct From the Manufacturer!!! "MACY'S, YOU'RE STILL A "9" PLUS!!! :)
