Buyer Beware!

I have been a long time Macy's customer and my recent attempts to purchase this watch have been frustrating to say the least. While Macy's continues to advertise this product, I have purchased the watch online, in the store and by phone and each time was assured that it would be delivered. However four attempts have resulted in disappointing emails a few days later indicating the watch is unavailable. I so looked forward to the watch for the holidays and Macy's has surely disappointed me. I wanted to alert others. I wish the ad were truthful.

Great watch...great price...great seller

I always worry when I order a gift that has to be mailed. I have used Macy's before...with great results. This watch was such a good deal, I had to try. Macy's came through...again. I am thankful they used UPS. The watch is great. It was packed very well. I have owned Citizen Eco Drive watches before, and they work very well. I gave a Seiko last year that winds with movement. If the watch is not worn every day it runs down. Eco Drive solves that problem. This watch is very attractive...and stylish. I am very pleased. I know my wife will love it too.
