I received a replacement for

I received a replacement for a previously defective bottle. The replacement has the same issues. Feels like I am just spraying water on my hair. No absorbing qualities. Leaves my hair worse off. Wet. Did you change your formula? Too risky to buy this product anymore. In total, I've had 3 defective bottles.
