Sparked a bunch & broke

Loved it for a little while, took great care of it and then one day it sparked like crazy and basically blew up, short circuited idk.

Poor investment

It broke after two used. It wasn’t turn on.. I watched you tube, google search , I contacted Drybar customer service for help, but no luck. I ended up have to returned it back to Macy’s

Love it but disappointed

I received this as a gift and I really love it but am so upset that the brush head is fraying and flattening. I know this is not an inexpensive tool and I would exspect it to hold up better. Can anything be done??

Loved It Initially, But Experienced Sparking and S

I initially loved my Single Shot. It made my hair look fuller and healthier, and I received multiple compliments while using it. I was impressed enough to even purchase one as a Christmas gift for my mom. Unfortunately, after only about two months of use, it became a serious safety concern. While drying my hair earlier this week, the device suddenly sparked and began smoking without warning. After researching the issue, I found that this is not an isolated incident. This experience was alarming, and I no longer feel safe using the product.

Wanted to love for years but wasn't mean to be

Absolutely LOVED the way it styled my hair, but had the hardest time getting my roots to dry and they fell flat. If I need a blow dryer to do my roots first, there's no point. Returned.
