Never Received Order

I ordered 2 pairs of boots on 12/30 (same order) and I have not received either one. I understand the holiday and would understand if they were at least en route however they are not. One shows order is still being processed & hasn’t even shipped yet and the other shows it’s at some shipping facility and has been there for days. And of course the boots sitting (lost) at that shipping facility would be my true size.. So clearly my order is lost!
