Do not recommend

I sent this back to TVSN after the first use. It is bulky and the plug is way too big and it has to be plugged in an upright position which is ridiculous. This was a brand new item and not refurbished

Awesome features, best hair straightener and dryer

I bought it in October and it’s the really awesome, if doesn’t damage the hair too. It’s super fast super easy to use! I love it!! The temperature is just right and I love the color it’s very royal and elegant.

Great for quick hair!

it works very well! It is a bit heavy and the cord is bulky, but it does a good job of straightening the hair. my hair feels significantly healthier than it did before using this to dry my hair.

Not good enough for the price

I have naturally curly hair but straightens well with a blowdry and lasts 4/5 days easily. I expected similar results with this given the price. You need loads of serum before and after to keep the look and it just turns to frizz after a few hours. very disappointing.
