New Dyson Air Wrap

Disappointed
I purchased the Dyson Airwrap Co-anda2X over one month ago and will be returning it. The technology of using app to style my hair is not necessarily helpful. I am disappointed with the performance. I have shoulder length fine hair; I cannot use just the hair dryer - my hair gets tangled; how they could improve is provide an attachment like to you find on the regular hair dryers. The round brush attachment is too small for my hair type. The hair straightener attachment is too complicated to use and takes too much time. The two attachments for curling hair is a ok at best. I like the versatility - very easy to change attachments. Ergonomically, the buttons are well positioned. I like that the heat does not damage the hair. However I can't justify keeping a very expensive product when I am reverting back to my other hair devices to style my hair. If they improve the performance of the attachments, I would consider purchasing again.

Takes time to get it right / weak hold
It dries my hair really fast, but the Airwrap is a bit challenging to use — it takes time and practice to get it just right. The Dyson app is somewhat helpful. I agree with the reviews that say the curls don’t hold for very long afterward; you definitely need some styling products to help them last longer

Not Worth It
I bought this for my wife. But Dyson has been very difficult to deal with. And the product has not worked consistently. It keeps shutting off during use.

Best hair tool ever!
This is my second Dyson air wrap. My first Dyson lasted 8 and I finally decided to upgrade to the new one. It is worth every penny!! I have long, thick, naturally wavy/frizzy hair. The Dyson is the only tool, and I’ve tried a lot, that has given me a professional styled blow out that lasts for days! My hair holds water pretty well after washing. Before with a standard dryer it would take me about 30/40 mins to dry my hair then would have to use a straightener to smooth and style afterwards. With the Dyson start to finish, drying and styling all with one tool I’m done in 30 mins with smooth blow out hair and soft bouncy curls that will last me about 3/4 days! The new version, the button design and placement is better than the original and the attachments all work great for my hair for any way I want it styled. I get more compliments on my hair from strangers than anything else, haha. Well worth the investment!!
