Cooling and heating work great.

I bought it for the winter and the heating part was excellent, now in the summer the cooling part is just as good.

We only buy Dyson

Have only used for heating so far. We have a larger version for cooling, we also have 2 Dyson vacuum stick cleaners, best products on the market.

Too noisy

It is noisier than I had hoped , I can’t leave it on when sleeping

Doesn’t quite do the job

I bought this product several months ago to take me through a cold winter and hot summer. Whilst I have high ceilings, my room is well within the recommended square footage for use and I wouldn’t say it offers any meaningful relief from either the cold nor the heat unless it’s very close to you - and then it’s very drying and quite loud. In hindsight I would have tried a larger model but wanted something a little more inconspicuous. I don’t think I would purchase again (and definitely not at full price) and wouldn’t recommend.

Great heater.

Got this heater a few months ago. Best decision. knowing that I can set it at a temperature and leave it to do it thing, is great.
