I purchased this mid May 2025, 1st week in August 2025 stopped working. I called macys and asked about a warranty as that is what it said to do. Macys told me sorry you purchased from the Marketplace I can't help you (even though I used my macys card to buy it) you'll have to contact the seller. I wrote and called (mailbox was full sorry) the sent a text that they sent it back to make ys customer service. The macys customer service person told me to buy another sorry. If your taking my money as macys and getting a cut should you atleast back to the goods that are being sold at macys.com.
