Cant unsubscribe to marketing emails

Purchased a Gen5 detect complete. When I try to unsubscribe to emails the Dyson website says access denied. I called Dyson and was told they unsubscribed for me. I am still reciting the same emails

Very efficient

This is a very efficient cleaner, Easy button start and simple to switch between power levels. The battery does not last long on boost so i use that sparingly. The readout after cleaning looks impressive but I have no context of what it means. My gauge however is how much dust is in the barrel at the end of a clean and I am always surprised at how much there is, The hard floor cleaning head works well and the LED light really highlights the dust. Overall very happy with the machine.

Almost perfect

I have had this almost a month and has my wife stated this morning, this is the vest vacuum I have ever used. If I have one thing to score it down with it is the fact it's a bit heavy when using off the floor, but seriously it a great vacuum.

Allergies gone, House clean

The suction is beyond any expectations I had. Before, I thought I had a clean house, now I know I do. It was expensive, but I use this every day, for allergies my whole family has. We are suffering less, health-wise. It was the right choice for us.

Grest feature

I have used the cordless vacuum cleaner for a month now. Pros - Battery can easily be changed - One does not have to keep pressing the trigger while vacuuming. A simple push of the button is all that is required - I like the floor brush that illuminates the dust very nicely - Automatic change from eco to medium to max power but can also be changed manually if need be - The display of size of the dust particles can be interesting to some techno geek but I am indifferent to it - Compatible with a specific floor stand so one does not have to drill holes. In the wall. Cons - The carpet brush does not illuminate the dust particles - Heavier than previous V8 model i owned but this does note bother me - Suction power is not any better than my older V8 model

Mixed news.

This is our third cordless Dyson in ten years. It is a good machine, but sometimes there are some battery charging issues. Also, our machines consistently lose their V-Ball wheel cover. While not an essential piece, it is problematic that they consistently come off. For the amount of money these machines cost, there should be no cheap, plastic, non-essential parts that are in a position to be knocked off upon every other usage.

Third times the charm

This is my third Dyson and each one gets better! Happy that this has the easily detachable battery, the attachment within the main hose is a little odd, I prefer the old school one which has a narrower neck and its a little tricky to access. Enjoy the filtration stats, crikey that can be scary. I also like that you no longer have to hold down the trigger, but confess I still lift my finger off expecting it to stop. Enjoy the hard floor attachment. Battery life seems to be much enhanced. The charging cradle is a little bit awkward how it sticks out from the wall, but just taking some getting used to. All in all super happy with my new Dyson Gen 5 Detect.
