Super disappointing - doesn’t work more than a few
The vacuum keeps dying after a minute or two. Fully charged, but does not last more than a few minutes..::: Super disappointed!

I love my new Dyson! It is lightweight and completely maneuverable in ways I didn’t expect. Since having not one but two torn rotator cuff injuries, vacuuming was always extremely difficult and just painful! Not anymore! It’s easy and lightweight and the job gets done

The vacuum is great. Works like a charm. The machine could be lighter in weight or the handle placed differently to distribute the weight better.Overall excellent. But for the price and quality of the product the wall mounted bracket could be much better than the cheap plastic one.

I loved it when I got it! I moved and it was in storage for several months. Used it when I moved and when the battery died I couldn't find the charger. I found one and plugged it in to charge then it stopped. I just thought I didn't give it enough time, but it won't charge. I tried to contact Dyson to get a new one but there was no record of that model#, which is strange as Ive had it less than a year. Now Im stuck with an expensive vacuum that I can't use.

Very good vacum a little heavy but the portability outweighs advantage is better then hauling my central vac hose up and down stairs.

Great machine. Better if it had a headlight
It would have been nice if there would a headlight on the power head. Other than that, it’s a great vacuum.

Disappointing!!!
It cuts out while I am vacuuming very annoying I will contact Dyson to do a fix. I think it must be a loose wire since I don’t have 45 minutes on the machine yet.
