Good heater, but loud
I purchased my Dyson cool/heat purifier approximately 6 months ago. I’m not overly happy with the results especially for the price. As an air purifier it’s great, and removes smells in a short time. But as a fan or a heater it’s below par. The fan is too noisy to have in a bedroom, due to the noise of the machine. It’s similar with the heating the noise is too loud for a small room. The heating can heat my unit nicely. Cooling it really only moves the air around and not very good for cooling and is too loud. I get better results with a fan. If I knew of the noise before buying I would not. But for heating an area where your don’t mind a blowing sound it’s okay. I love the online app functionality, so I give the rating 2.5 out of 5. The sound and price let this down.

My purifier is fabulous and worth every cent. I've also had my vacuum cleaner repaired by the Dyson team and my elderly Aunt's as well and both times they went above and beyond. Great quality products and excellent after sale service, Highly recommend Dyson.

Do not buy Dyson
Faulty! And Dyson refuse to adhere the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and either repair, refund or replace it.

It’s good for air purification and great for winter weather but doesn’t do much during the summer 🙁

I bought this machine a month ago for my allergies it’s very good especially when the forest fires are effecting us also I used the heater because this month was not that warm. I’m glad I purchased it.
