Connects to the MyDyson app to control and monitor air quality from anywhere, or hands-free with compatible voice services. Tested per ISO 29463. Ultimately disappointing

Bought it based on reviews, but after getting it home, I was disappointed in the amount of heat it put off. I also don’t like I can’t control the heat from the app. I know it’s not Dyson’s fault, but it’s a negative. It was nice to look at but ultimately didn’t put out enough air to my liking. I immediately returned it the next day.

A pricey disappointment

I had a d\Dyson upright vacuum years ago and loved it. Although large and heavy it did what it was designed to do, i.e vacuum and did it extremely well. Not so much for the Dyson Purifier. I purchased it to even out the heat and cold in our condo as the the hot water heating is very hard to manage. I found that the Dyson did not respond very well to changes in temperature, meaning the heat or cooling would not start when it should. As for the air filtration it takes hours to clear out a little cooking smoke from the kitchen area. And now the oscillation keeps going all the time. I will say that the advertising videos on the website are very well done and certainly helped me fork over my cash for an underwhelming product. I expected better from Dyson
