could be great, but isn't
i have had two now and when they are actually working correctly they are awesome. the problem is they don't seem to consistently work well and have frequent pump failures. the current one i am using worked well for less than a week, then pump failed. i received a new pump and now it technically works, but it not able to keep the humidity level up like it should. disappointing , especially considering the price.

Amazing, and even Doctor recommended
This is actually our second one (we had to buy it since the first one was used so much that it literally died on us). Not only is this device amazing, but even out doctor loves that we have it, considering the area that we live in has a high pollution level, and this is perfect for that. We use it at night to help us with our sleeping, and with the humidifier part, it keeps the air right the way that it should be so that we're not chocking on the dust in the air. It's just perfect

This was huge and really complicated - a giant, not very attractive thing in the middle of my apartment - not really what I was hoping for - returned it.

Amazing machines
I have had allergies my whole life. 15 years ago my daughter was diagnosed with almost every allergy I had had and asthma as well. There wasn’t a product out there other than putting your head over a hot bowl of water with a towel to try and help you breath. Then my son, (now just about 6 months old) was diagnosed having allergies. The dr recommended us to get him an air purifier for his room to help him breath during sleep. So being told we needed something for him, and technology being as good as it is we stopped on this product. Air filtration hepa filtration and also a cold mist humidifier all in one. So we tried it out for him but decided to get 3 together for our upstairs bedrooms. We could tell a huge difference in how clean the air smelt as well as how it has helped with other allergies too. Less snoring too. I immediately went back online to get two more for the downstairs. It also throws out some cooling air as well. We love our Dyson humidifier purifiers. They helped keep our baby healthy and also help the rest of us sleep and breath so much better

Nice Humidifier, Very Expensive
This is a very nice, very expensive humidifier, filter, and fan. Although it apparently does a lot of things for the air inside our home, the primary reason we bought this was for humidification and the reliable Dyson quality. The first unit failed within about 2 weeks, but the big box store replaced it with a new one. The remote control and app are well done, the unit works nicely, is easy to fill, has a decent sized water reservoir, and the controls offer options like oscillating airflow, air quality reporting, fan speed, and humidity control. It is very quiet at low speeds, and still pleasant at full airflow. I really don't trust the cheap cool mist humidifiers, so we went with this one to be sure that the air we breathe is in good shape. I don't know of another unit as well featured and reputable, and I like this unit a lot, but at this price point, it really needs to check a lot of boxes.
