Humidifier is designed to fail

The humidifier portion of this machine is designed to fail. We run distilled water only. Yet it still builds up residue causing the pump to fail or the tube to the evaporator to plug. The deep clean cycle is not enough to stop this from happening.

Very Satisfied

Love the device. I am able to set a very comfortable atmosphere in my rooms with it. My aunt suffers from allergies, and I bought one for her as well. She loves it and is able to sleep much better at night now. She lives in an area where pollen comes down like snow.

Great air filter

Been using this for a while. Overall I like it. But, I have an A/C. The humidifier can keep it at 30% But 40% when the A/C is on is out of reach since the A/C condenses and remove moisture when running. Would like better control over humidity. Ei: 35%.
