While it dries hair as expect it, it's construction is quite subpar. I thought buying European brand in North America would definitely ensure universal power support, but no, it doesn't support 220V (and it's in 2025), and looks like wouldn't even work with a converter. And me traveling between Canada and California, makes it hard to have a device that locked to Canada only because I bought there, and I'd need to buy one in California to have full support.

I love the blow dryer but I was a little let down when I didn’t receive the travel/storage bag. I tried chatting with a customer rep too and it kept saying unfortunately, you can’t speak to a member right now. This is my last attempt to say anything about that.

Previous generation worked better, newest nural technology does not add much benefit and does not look as nice

My daughters have a Neural and swear by it. So I purchased one and couldn’t be more pleased. I love the feature that reduces heat when it is close to your head. At my age hair loss is always an issue and avoiding heat damage is crucial. It also adds volume, which is another issue I needed to remedy.
