Great Vac

Great vac really pulls the dust out of the carpet de tangle stops the brush from clogging battery last for a full 60 mins attachments all good really good all round performance filters are very easy to clean bin empties easy no mess.Has to be the best cordless that I have owned.

I love it on tile and wood floors but on an area rug I’m having issues. The suction do strong it won’t roll on flat area rug

Horrible battery

Bought mine a few weeks ago. Initial charge gave me one hour of use time. Changed a second time now only giving me 32 min use time. Reason I bought was on box it says 1 hour charge time. I have charged it again and only giving me approximately 30 min use time. My concern is if the use time will continue to go down with the more I use it. Spent a lot of money on this product and the battery is horrible.

Vacuum did not work

I got my new vacuum and charged it overnight. Went to use it and it only worked for about 7 seconds. Would not power on. I called dyson and I have a new body coming So hopefully after that comes I can use my vacuum. Seems like its going to be a nice vacuum if I get it working.
