The attachments are impossible to remove

I have wanted a Dyson stick vacuum for quite a while and I was so excited to finally purchase one. But the attachments. I’ve broken 2 nails getting the attachments off. Dumping the dust bin requires me to take off the pole, which is equally difficult to remove. Not my favorite Dyson purchase.

Love Love Love

I absolutely love my Dyson stick vacuum! Had an older model that I gifted to my son so of course I needed a new one. The price was great, it came with a lot of different attachments and a thing to hang it on the wall to charge. This model is all fancy and digital and works great. I already have the larger ball vacuum I purchased 12 years ago, it still works great. I am a Dyson customer for life!
