Vaccuuming is now fun
I cannot begin to describe how much I love my new vaccuum. The first time I used it, I emptied the canister 5 times in 1.5 hours. We clean regularly! Since using my new Dyson, my allergy symptoms have significantly decreased. I feel better. This unit was easy to assemble, is easy to move around and use. The only slight negative is the battery life. But, honestly, the vaccuum's beautiful efficiency and ease of use overrides it, I think. I love my vaccuum. I use it daily, and can finally breathe again.

Go buy it!!!
This is the best vacuum I’ve ever used! I was car sitting at a house and used it to see what it was all about. I immediately went home to order one for myself! The attachment with the green light it an absolute obsession!!! It shows everything and sucks it all up perfectly.

NOT USER FRIENDLY AT ALL
By far the least user friendly vaccum that I have purchased. The heads do not have lights to see the dirt. To empty the canister you have to take the whole thing apart. To turn it one you need to hands as it does not have trigger on and off. I would not recommend this vacuum to anyone.

Love the Dyson V12
We bought this 3 weeks ago. Love it! The green light that illuminates the floor is amazing - makes me wonder what we left behind before when I vacuumed. The vacuum is so nice and light and easy to use- not real set up necessary and it stows away so easily. It is very satisfying and amazing to see the dust and crumbs being sucked up and to see it in the clear chamber and then dispose of it. Ours runs for about 35 minutes on a charge in Auto mode which is ample time.

Impressive Suction with Handy Laser Feature
The Dyson V12 Detect™ Slim is lightweight, powerful, and very easy to use. I love how slim and maneuverable it is, especially for daily cleaning and tight spaces. The laser dust detection is surprisingly helpful—it really shows how much dust is left on hard floors. Battery life is enough for quick whole-home cleanups, and the suction power is impressive for its size. Emptying the bin is simple and hygienic. Overall, it’s a great cordless vacuum for everyday use and highly recommended.

Great tool. overall rating is between a 4 and 5. When working with the Dyson 12 slim I have to remember it is engineered to achieve a function which is not always intuitive. My motor tube connection is difficult. I have found that removing the attachment what ever. that may be and finding the neutral weight balanced position you can comfortable maintain is the first step. Then gently rock the tube while depressing the release. The tube will loosen and come off with minimal effort and reduced frustration. The stick Is easy to use which promotes more frequent cleanings (because your not dragging out the vacuum) which makes battery life a non issue for me. Overall very pleased
