Manufacturer defect couldn't remove bin .

I bought this about a month ago and had to return it because of a manufacturer defect. The bin wouldn't come off the vacuum so it could be cleaned. The red release lever wasn't long enough to release the bin. Very disappointed that it couldn't be cleaned, otherwise it was powerful and did the job.

Excellent but wand hard to remove

Bought it 3 weeks ago . Suction is excellent. The only reason for giving it 4 instead of 5 is the wand is extremely difficult to remove from the canister. I saw on YouTube and Reddit many other people having this same issue . One comment said to remove lower attachment and place canister and want upside down on floor and this is the only way I can remove it . Dyson you need to fix this .

Not performing properly. Battery only last few minutes. Motor head not working. Unit sent back. Replacement being sent.
