It has taken me a while learning how to use it. I finally figured out how to remove and clean the filter. Your videos do not show how to remove the filter. Also, I find I have to recharge the battery before I am done vaccuuming.

Great suction
Dyson is my favorite vacuum cleaner. I would never buy any other ones. Great suction capabilities and green light shows you all the particles on the floor. My house is spotless I highly recommend this vacuum cleaner.

Great Suction
Loved my last Dyson. Actually tried a competitor. Went back to Dyson within a few months. Suction, suction suction!! Can't beat a Dyson. Pricey, but worth the splurge.

Problem with attachments
Have a very hard time attaching the long wand to the power source . It gets stuck and requires a great deal,of effort to remove so as to be able to empty the chamber

Not as simple as the videos imply
I recently purchased a Dyson V12 Slim. The vacuum portion works well, but there are some issues. The wand does not easily disengage from the vacuum when changing attachments or when dumping the waste from the canister. The waste canister on this model is very small and requires to be dumped often. The process of discharging the waste is not as simple as the video implies. Dust and hair do not come out of the canister and as a result the entire canister has to be removed each time. The run time on "Auto" is approximately 32 minutes. I may be in error, but I thought it was advertised as 60 minutes. I think overall it's a good machine, but I have nothing to compare it to. I've always had upright electric vacuums.

Need two people to empty bin
Why is it so hard to remove attachments? I never had this problem with my old V12. It takes two of us to pull attachments off so I can empty the bin. The bin lever is also very stiff and hard to push. Otherwise suction is good.
