Difficult to use, not convenient

Suction tube is very tight. Extremely hard to remove to empty the dust bin. Also dust bin too small, requiring frequent emptying.

Some good features; some superfluous; bad price.

Bought it for the light weight. Empties more easily than my previous Dyson, a V7 Motörhead. Like the screen showing remaining run time. Run time and suction seem ok. Don’t need filtration information or pet hair attachment. Haven’t used it on hard floor yet. Hope performance is worth having to change attachments. Illumination should be helpful. PRICE IS RIDICULOUS, ESPECIALLY AS V7 ONLY LASTED EIGHT YEARS.

We had a previous slim model and loved it. If dust canister was a little larger (like previous models) I would have given the product a 5.

Love this cordless vacuum

I bought this a month ago and have been enjoying it so much. Cleaning is a breeze with the green light that shows all the dust and doggy hairs that are not readily visible with the naked eye. It is lightweight enough not to strain my arms since I am an older female. I love the attachment that targets dog hair. It does a really great job.

Easy to use

Very convenient with one button to keep the machine on. It’s lighter than my old v8 but it’s also smaller in the container so I hav to cempty it up more often

A great improvement!

This DYSON is somewhat quieter, and the green lighted floor attachment is a breakthrough for "seeing" and cleaning dirt and debris.
