nice machine works well .Nice not to have to drag a canister around. My big complaint as a designer and artist is the piece of plastic below the trigger. It rubs your finger to the point of pain , creating a callous. seems totally unnecessary .Let me know if there is a reason for that piece.

Wow
I bought this 1 week ago. It was easy to put together without using you tube. It charged up remarkably fast and was amazingly easy to use. I love the fact that it was easy to maneuver in all the weird crevices, had incredible suction power switching between all types of surfaces effortlessly and allowed me to vacuum my one bedroom apartment in one go. I did have to use you tube to empty the canister but it turned out to be surprisingly easy. The filtration was awesome. I would highly recommend. I look forward to using all the other attachments.

We have been using our Dyson V15 or two weeks now. I am amazed at how much dirt and dust is been suctioned up. The dust with the green light attachment is amazing. Even though our floors look clean, the attachment show micro dust that is not visible by eye. I LOVE my Dyson!

Dyson Lover - but this one is not good!
I have two V11s and they're wonderful. This one.... is not up to Dyson standards. The turning is clunky and lifts off the floor defeating the purpose of the 360 swivel head. Its not vacuuming correctly/suctioning properly. The gadgets & overall assemble is not as smooth and it sticks. And finally- the vacuum trigger button on this one is SO uncomfortable!! I do not understand how this is even the same company creation.

Worth the investment
I’ve only had this vacuum for a couple weeks, but my floors are so much cleaner now because I can see everything I need to clean up and it’s a breeze, and I am happy with how long the battery lasts, though I don’t have a very large square footage to vacuum. Feels really great, knowing that we are vacuuming up allergens and dust regularly to improve the air that we’re breathing. You can easily pop off the extension and use it as a handheld if you need to clean other areas at the same time. Worth the investment!

We love our new Dyson Cordless Vacuum! It shows where the dirt is and is lightweight to handle. The charge lasts a long time too. We use a robot vacuum, but it can’t get into tight corners and under things - this one is perfect for all spaces.
