DysonV15 Detect Cordless Vacuum

Oh so easy

I bought the V15 Detect to replace an ageing V6 that had served me well. So happy I did. It’s quiet, it detects dust and fluff that on std floors that had been missing with the old vac. Long battery life and large capacity collection of dirt. Still to realise the full potential of the V15 with the various tools. Fascinating to see the breakdown of the dirt that is collected.

Had a couple of weeks, quicker than an upright, gets under furniture and into coners. Great buy

The machine is heavier & works much better on the rug. The battery life is longer. Overall performance is great.

Amazing hand-held vac

Amazing handheld vac! I brought this for quick cleans during the day, but it exceeded my expectations, with this now replacing my bagged/carded vacuum from a reputable brand. The V15 floorboard with light attachment shocked me in showing how much dirt was around on my floorboards. Moving into the carpeted bedrooms was another shock, to visually see the canister filling up so quick, the spinning motor head clearly managing to surface deep set dirt. This vacuum has gamified vacuuming and I vacuum much more frequently now as it surprising is de-stressing! Top features include the ability visually see the bag-less canister fill up, see the dust stats on the monitor, easy canister empty, see the dirt disappear from floor boards, no horrible bag vacuum smell (HEPA filtration is great) and the manoeuvrability of the machine in taking corners and going under furniture is very welcome and wish I got this machine sooner, and I will be using this as my main vacuum now.

This is hands down the best vacuum I've ever used. I was worried about how expensive it is, but it is soooo worth it. This has made cleaning 100x easier and actually more enjoyable. And I can't even begin to describe how satisfying it is to see how much is actually getting picked up by this thing. It's kind of scary realizing how much our old vacuum was missing! Definitely recommend.

Solid features

Good upgrade of old V6. Got on sale so pleased with the value. The 2x wall mounting screws are the same centres as the old so it was a quick job to replace. The action to release is different to the V6 which I suspect will take some time to learn. The laser does a good job on hard floors in high lighting detritus and showing where you've been. We looked at many other brand options but returned to Dyson. Happy vacuumer.

A real game changer

I love how thorough this vacuum performs. It has been a game changer for me in terms of keeping the pet hair, environmental dust and dirt off of my porcelain floors and area rugs. I love that it saves time and keeps my home clean. The maneuverability gets into even the tightest places. I find that I can clean my 27000 s/f home in half of the time as my previous cleaner with plenty of battery life to spare!
