Having had a Dyson earlier model for many years, there was no way I could have considered a different make. This super-dooper machine is amazing. I really enjoy the advanced technology, the longer lasting power and the ease of maneuverability. I am impressed by its versatility, but I have yet to try the washing facility - I must admit, I'm a little scared of doing something wrong and causing damage. If I could recommend one thing, it would be to provide a printed manual with each machine. It's hard to know how to use it best, if I can't access the instructions easily. One negative - the process to remove the tube from the machine to empty it is particularly difficult for older people, when manual dexterity is reduced, by weakness or arthritis.

Submarine attachement makes puddles
I love Dyson vacuum cleaner, but the submarine attachment is terrible. It gives too much water and instead of washing the floor it makes it too wet with dirty stripes and puddles everywhere, it makes very slippery tile floor, I would say it's dangerous to use it on tile. After the floor is dry you can easily see all the dirt stripes and puddles. I always wash the mop and use clean water.

Perfect purchase
I am so glad I purchased my Dyson Submarine V15s. I was amazed how much dirt was left from my other Vacuum. I love the attachments, the wet broom "Submarine" is perfect for our hard wood floor. I just need to find the best additive to give the room a clean smell. After a few minutes I looked at the filtration system and couldn't believe what was picked up. The Battery seemed to get me through the work I needed to do.

recent purchase and performance thus far working very well as would be expected form a Dyson product. may need a second battery to complete the jobs in the home versus waiting for hours to recharge. it would be helpful to have access to detailed instructions or videos on the various attachments and functions in actual use.

19 days agoWorthy replacement to the Dyson Animal.
I had a Dyson Animal for over 10 years and loved it. We bought this one to replace the old one and are very happy. Picks up dog hair out of our area rug better than the old one. The mop feature, once I figured out exactly how to make it work, was wonderful. If I have a complaint it is that I would have liked a manual with a bit more info than I was provided. Overall it is wonderful.

Sorry for the not 5 star rating
Overall, happy with vacuum; however, this is my first experience with a bagless model and even though it is easy to empty, it still needs to be cleaned. I like the cordless feature but the battery only lasts 60 minutes and takes 4.5 hours to recharge. The suction head is smaller than my last model and requires more strokes to clean. Really like the hair detangler and attachments!

We got it just before Christmas and I love it it's the best quality cordless vacuum I've had and I'm impressed with it... It's filter is so good hardly any dirt seem to make it through to the HEPA filter, & it's really easy to empty, plus it can do a wet clean with the Submarine
