Great Vacuum but the submarine head leaves streaks
The vacuum is amazing, easy to use. I love the green light to show dirt and dust, that is a huge bonus. I am disappointed with the streaking left by the mop though. I probably wouldn’t get another one unless I knew that that was fixed. Thankfully our floors are darker so unless you’re really looking, you wouldn’t be able to see it.

Disappointed
Disappointed. I find difficulty in detaching the bin section from the pipe due to the location of the red connection. This machine is really quite heavy therefore i wouldnt recommend it for cleaning higher/difficult areas. This Dyson takes quite a time to charge. Also the bin does not empty fully as you have to use your hands to release dirt, therefore sadly im unable to recommend this item.

Very disappointed
The vacuum part of this product is really good, efficient and I am super happy with it. The mop SUCKS! I am super unhappy with the mop, you are unable to ‘scrub’ with it, marks don’t come off the floor even when passing over them multiple times and the worst part is after mopping a quarter of the kitchen the mop starts producing streaks of dirty water all over the floor. Definitely not worth buying

Better than expected
I knew that the Dyson vacuum cleaners had a good reputation but I was very impressed after I actually bought one and used it in my home.

Absolutely fantastic product, love the fibre optic light especially having 2 dogs that shed hair Powerful motor, very easy to use, battery life is very good, easy to swap over attachments Would never think of buying one of the competitors

Disappointed
The wet feature is a complete waste of money. Cleaning the roller is a hassle, and the mopping doesn’t work well to make the hassle worthwhile. I like the vacuum, I can’t believe Dyson released the mop feature. It ruins Dyson’s reputation.

Item delivered as open item
First shipment item had problems with ups carrier and was never delivered. Second time said damaged by ups carrier and will be send back to sender (Dyson). Then 2 days later they delivered it and when I checked was an open item. Of course I’ll return it. Bed experience extended for a month. Macy’s or Dyson were very irresponsible
