Review after about 3 years of usage. It works for simple cleaning on surface that is not carpet. Positive: 1. Battery charging indicator automatically goes off when fully charged. 2. Light and compact 3. Vacuum power is for good for small and quick cleaning. Negative: 1. Motorized cleaner head has brushroll. Its hair keep cutting out in short time of use. And this seems across multiple model as I see same effect with the version used for canister vacuum. The black one wear out or cut or pull out leaving with less amount of same. Hence already end up replacing multiple time and doesn't to make sense for the level of price product. 2. The built materials scratch very easily. From out of box if it touch any surface get scratched. 3. The noise level is bit high than would like.

Terrible product. I vacuum a few small areas of my hose every few weeks and this vacuum is terrible. I thought that by buying a Dyson, I would be getting a quality product, but I was wrong. After 3 short months, it no longer charges or works at all. Very very disappointed.

Excellent choice for our space!
Love this small but powerful vac! Was concerned about the cordless aspect but it has worked out nicely for our relatively modest home. Works well on hardwood and our throw rugs. Highly recommend.
My second Dyson V6!
I loved my Dyson V6 so much that I bought another one. Sadly, the Dyson V6 I just received is not the same size. The original V6 I bought had a 10 1/4 long cleaner head. The new V6 is only 8 1/4, so it takes longer to vacuum.

Sucks! (In a good way!)
I really like this device - have a puppy that is shedding like crazy and this is doing the job. Might not work when she is an adult but for now it gets it all, so great for the stairs and all the hard to reach places her hair ends up. My 2nd Dyson and this one is my favorite of the two. Two things that I do not like, the charge doesn't last long, maybe 10 minutes MAX. The other is how the air blows out from the device at the handle. Its so annoying, I don't like it. But overall gets the job done!
Best cordless vacuum
I stayed away from buying Dyson products because of the high price point. However, when you offered the V6 slim cordless vacuum cleaner at such a great reduced price, I couldn’t resist. I absolute love it! The vacuum is light-weight and absorbs dirt perfectly. We have mostly tile floors with a few area rugs. I use the high setting mainly for the small rugs. So far, I haven’t needed more than 20 minutes and always keep the vacuum charged. Cleaning the dust bin is a breeze. Great product!
Dyson's V6 - best vacuum ever
This is the best vacuum cleaner I have ever used! It's light weight & moves along quickly. The suction is good & picks up everything in it's way, All without straining my back - love it!
LOVE IT
I receive my vacuum last week and it is amazing, my dog things otherwise. It comes with the mounting kit to hang it. (I know it doesn't say that in the description). I have been wanting a Dyson for years, but could never afford it. When I saw this one on sale I jumped at the change, and It will be real useful in my new apartment because it has "fake wood". It is light enough to carry, and on the carpet it doesn't get stuck where you're barring all your weight to push it. Best part is I now can get under my couches and not have to move them all around every weekend.
