Bought 3weeks ago. Very happy with product. Easy to use Instruction on some attachments use would be very helpful . There is one attachment I have no idea how to use.

Decent enough - shame about accessories

Good vacuum for the price I got it at. Sounds different to previous versions. Pretty disappointed accessories didn’t come with it (other than one) and previous ones are not interchangeable either. I did ask Dyson if accessories were meant to be included, but each chat session kept getting closed for some reason, so I gave up!

Yes, it's pretty good It could have more suction. It can't stand up on its own. We use it upstairs so we don't want to drill into our walls for the bracket. Even when you pause whilst using it , you have lean it against something. I understand that you're trying to keep it simple as well as keeping the weight down. Maybe I missed something and you can click it into place....

Great suction, which was my biggest worry after buying another make that was rubbish. I’m happy with the ease of emptying and filters (improved since my last Dyson from years ago) I love some of the design features, great docking station which holds the extra tools and plugs in to recharge without fiddling with leads.

Powerful performance

I bought this to replace my ageing V6 that had done many years of great service but had finally given up the ghost. The new one has been a revelation. Great cleaning across both hard and carpeted surfaces. The suction is very good and it's much quieter than the last one, although not silent! It's very smooth to use, easy to manoeuvre, emptying the bin is straightforward and I can vacuum the whole house, 4 bed detached, on a single charge. So far so good, which is as it should be for a premium brand.
