Very cute and stylish .
I like them a lot . The only thing I would say is the color was not quite accurate, I ordered light gray but they look more like a taupe. They are definitely true to size and comfortable

Earth Women's Boots
I received my boots quickly and in excellent condition. I wore these boots yesterday with the temperature around 20 degrees and also completed about 1/2 mile walk on icy sidewalks and alleys. These boots performed very well; my feet remained warm, the boots were comfortable and also stylish. I paid a bit more (they were on sale) than what I normally would for a boot, so I am anxious to see how they wear through time.

Disappointed
Received boots in a ripped up shoe box inside a shipping box that was intact. Large amount of long blonde/grey hair stuck to the boots. Boots themselves were in good condition besides the hair but they were marked as a size 9 as ordered but were about a size and 1/2 too small.

Not comfortable for the price, zipper is hard to zip. I had to return them!!!!

The heel on these are very wide. Also for the price I guess I over expected comfort. They were very stiff and uncomfortable. I had to return them

Looks can be deceptive
Based on the photos of these boots, I expected soft cozy suede hugging my feet. I found the boots to be stiff and uncomfortable, plus the zippers didn't slide well. Fortunately Macy's return police allowed me to return them.
