Size and Fabric

I found the shoes to be slightly big, maybe about half a size bigger. The design and style of the shoe looks nice but the plastic fabric on the side and that runs on top of the foot is not what I expected. I thought it was going to be more of a cotton polyester nylon blend. What I was most disappointed in was that was that it was an online order and whoever bought these before me, returned them and were not checked for wear and tear. Well, this pair I received was dirty and seemed like they may have gotten wet because that fabric on the side looks like it dried in a wrinkle way. I plan to return both pairs I bought for smaller sizes, in hopes I get new shoes instead of used ones.
