Pick up and return is easy

I have decided not to purchase shoes online ever again. These were too big. I had to return them. Picking them up at the store and returning them was easy in both instances. I just need to try on shoes to make sure they fit and are comfortable instead of relying on standard sizing.

Seem good so far.

I wish I could have tried these on in store. They were only available online. I would have ordered a 1/2 size down. But, they will work, if just a little loose. I wanted some practical winter shoes. I had bought these a few years ago. It seems like they are slimmed down now. The sides & tops don't come up as high as they used to. But, they are professional looking for work on cold & snowy days.
