shoes size not correct

I bought Easy Spririt shoes often ,I love them all but this time I am not. shoes are beautiful , everything almost perfect except the size.Wide size but they are so narrow. medium should get wide size maybe fit , wide size people do not touch !

These flats are comfortable right out the box.

I really liked the look of the flats and decided to give them a try. Loved them so much I bought a second pair. Good job Easy Spirit.

True comfort right out of the box.

The Easy Spirit Devitt shoes are the most comfortable shoes I own. Slipping them on is like putting on a soft supple leather glove. I now have them in three colors.

Comfort and Style

I love my new loafers. They are so comfortable I don't need to put my Dr Scholl's inserts in them. They are stylish too in that they are unique with the woven leather look.

Dealing with Macy’s is very unprofessional

Leather shoes. Runs true to size, Shopping online with Macy’s is a disaster. If you have a problem, there’s no one to talk to. The virtual assistant tells you your times up when she’s the one that keeps you on hold. Could not cancel order, never approved it in the first place. Sent two of one item. I only wanted one. Had a birthday coupon for 20% that they would not apply. You should be able to review your order before it is placed. I will not do business with Macy’s again. The delivery took too long.

Classy shoe but not comfortable and ran narrow.

While this is a very classy looking shoe, it was not comfortable on the inside due the overlapping leather design on the outside. I ordered a wide width, and it felt like a regular width. Had to return them.
