NEVER HAPPENED WHERE ARE THE BOOTS!!

I never received these boots!! It was not left at my door!! It shows you the difference of delivery drivers-one does the right delivery & the other just slops it up & I get nothing!!!!!!

Nice looking

but I had to return them because I have narrow ankle and they didn't tighten down enough to avoid my foot slipping up and down as I walked. I wished they would have fit because the would have been just what I was looking for!

Cutest little brown ankle boot with side zipper.

Cutest little ankle boot with side zipper and easy to pull on. Comfortable with rubber sole. A bit loose in the heel but otherwise a good fit.

narrow and cstomer service issues

I wanted to cancel this order just 30 mminutes eactly after placin order however Macys didnt let me cancel , shoes run etremely narow even if they said wide i still havent received them, but i received similar as a gifts they will be returned as well

They are okay.

I thought with them being Easy Spirit they would have some padding on the inside of the sole. They are fine by not as comfortable as could be. Also if you use the zipper you need to make sure the inside placket is smoothed against your foot or it get caught in the zipper.

Bootgate

I had to make an emergency trip to Chicago from the South in the middle of a storm. I needed boots fast. So, I ordered these from Macy's with express delivery. The communication was not perfect, but they arrived by the end of the week and saved the day after an exhausting search for boots that seemed elusive. Thank you Macy's for putting an end to "bootgate". As for the boots, they are the perfect fit, warm, and very comfortable.
