Defective

I received a pair so defective that I fear this company has no quality control process at all. There is a huge bolt of some sort connecting the heel to the sole that is sticking up several centimeters into where your heel is supposed to go. My suspicion is that they left out a vital part of the sole itself that would normally block this connecting bolt. I've honestly never bought a pair of shoes this defective 🤣 my hope is that my replacement pair is normal. If I get another defect pair you better be sure I'm never buying from this company again.

Easy Spirit

It is not comfortable for me. The shoes rubbed around my ankles. I owned several pairs of Easy Spirit and love their comfort. But this one is not for me.

Shoes

Received my shoes yesterday. When I opened it, the shoes was lovely but it was not nicely pack. The tissues were everywhere. One side of the shoes already have 3 scratches on it. It seems like they just grab the shoes where people already try it many times. So disappointed!!
