Great Online Ordering Experience!
This was my first online purchase from Macy's, and I was very pleased with it. When I first ordered the shoes, I mistakenly ordered the wrong size. It was so easy to return the shoes to Macy's ( the people who worked at the Macy's where I dropped off the shoes I was returning were so pleasant, and really seemed to enjoy their jobs!) From the time I reordered the size I needed, as was the case with my original order, Macy's quickly confirmed the order, and the shoes arrived , neatly packaged, exactly when they were expected. I will definitely shop online with Macy's again!

Just OK, snug fit.
The slide sandals were a bit snug/narrow so I reordered in a W width, they are being delivered today. I’ll try them and see how they feel and then return the pair(s) that don’t fit properly.

Never received my order.
Never received any of my Easy Street orders. When I emailed them. They told me they were on their way, but I never received anything. When I emailed again, I received no response.
