Easy Street inconsistent on quality

Runs a little big, afraid I will walk out of them as they get broken in. Also not as soft & comfortable as the last pair I bought. The one thing I don't like about Easy Street, is their lack of consistency in quality, but so many things are like that nowdays from shoes & clothes, to furniture, appliances, electronics, cars even the food we buy & eat. Quality control is a forgotten attribute.

Wounded while wearing

I thought these shoes were going to be comfortable, but the gaping wounds on the backs of my heels say otherwise. Stiff, stiff leather gonna chew you up. Good luck!
