Cristiny pump, correct shoe wrong color and size

I placed the order for the bone Cristiny in a size 8 1/2 Extra wide. When I recieved the confirmation it said it was a white size 8 1/2 extra wide. Thinking maybe I made a mistake I placed a second order being very careful to make sure I placed the correct selections, the same thing happened. I then called customer service to cancel the first 2 orders and have Alan the representative place the order. Alan cancelled to first orders then proceeded to place the correct order in a size 8 1/2 extra wide in Bone, when the confirmation came through it was a size 7/12 medium in white. He then put me on hold and spoke to someone else. When he came back he appologized profusely that there is some sort of internal error in the order processing for this shoe. Clearly MACYS can fix this, and I have seen similar issues in reviews for this shoe after having this issue myself. It would be nice if someone could get back to me on this, is the shoe even in your inventory? if So can someone order it for me in the correct size and color. If not then this shoe should be taken out of the ordering system.

Unauthorized deduction from my credit card

Following a transaction made on 27 April, once the order was paid, Macys made three more unsolicited deductions. Their App doesn’t allow me to lodge a complaint other than calling an unanswered number

I keep trying to order shoes from your website in a 5.5 M shoe in a cream color. On the receipt email it showed I ordered 7W or a 7.5W. No way to cancel the order. I tried again today and instead of a 5.5 M the final email receipt showed I ordered an 8.5 M in white instead of cream color. When the next bad order comes to my home it will be the last time I order shoes from Macy's.
