I purchase because they came in wide (10). Once I tried on the toe part was fine but they were slipping off my heal when walking. Never will buy Easy Streets again.
Shoe Purchase and Other
The shoes fit well. My issue is whether or not I wish to remain a Macys customer. I recently had to return some diamond earrings as one of them was defective. I was at the Macys, Lenox Square, Atlanta Ga. The sales associate was Tish and I was treated as if I was a thief. She was very rude and condescending. I am rethinking my association with your store.
New shoes
Shoe looks great feels wonderful, a little tight on the toes so at this poin im going to gtry a half size up. Already ordered it , will let you all know how thay fits.

Horrible very uncomfortable
Brown Easy Street Women's Equinox Platform Sl
I have purchased shoes from Macy's for years, including from Easy Street. This was the first time I had to squeeze my feet into extreme uncomfortable shoes. My size shoe has not changed but this particular pair of heels were mislabeled. They were not a size 10. No way.

I've looked long and hard for dark brown heels so I was excited to finally find these. They are a very nice, well made shoe, however they are too wide in the heel for me.

Hurt feet. Too heavy/clunky.
These were beautiful, but that is where the quality ended. Much too heavy for practical wear. The weight of them caused them to fall off my feet as I walked. Blisters immediately! Very uncomfortable and impractical to actually wear if you want to walk any amount of steps.
