Poor fit

Toe strap uncomfortable. Rubs feet wrong. Ankle strap too big or little. Tried 2 widths. Return. Stle not for me.

Issue with shoe size provided

The shoes are overall good and comfortable. However, I noticed an issue once I got home. At the store, I tried on a size 7.5 Wide (7.5 W), but the second shoe that was placed in the box by the salesperson is a size 7.5 Medium (7.5 M). Unfortunately, I was only able to notice this after returning home. Both shoes are marked as size 7.5, but they are different widths.

Painful material

Shoe material is very uncomfortable and caused me blisters. Regardless of the velcro strap. Too bad I couldn’t return them.

Disappointed

I was sent a used pair of sandals. It’s a good thing I have my order sent to the store and I always check my items before I leave the store.. when I opened the box the I could tell they were worn and retuned. Even the cashier was shocked to see the condition of the sandals that I received. I did a return immediately.

Best sandals ever!

I love these sandals! They are so comfortable and look great on. I wear an 8 medium and they are true to size. I got the blue. It is a very dark blue which looks really nice. My feet are very sensitive and these feel great. It seems like they were custom made just for me! I'm only 5'2" so that platform really helps a lot. I know I will be wearing these a lot this summer and fall...well actually year round as I'm in the south.

NOT CANKLE FRIENDLY

If you're a true wide fat feet person with cankles then these are not for you. I like that it has a strap so I can adjust it but the strap around the ankles are not plus size friendly, 2 more inches of strap and it would have been the perfect shoe. The sole are very comfortable just again not plus size/ wide fat feet friendly
