Right Boots, Wrong Color

I ordered the boots in Navy. When they arrived, the boots are brown. I double checked my online order, and it reflects the navy color. And strangely, in the box with the boots was a receipt. Navy was on the receipt. Someone fulfilling the order obviously didn’t carefully read the paperwork.
