Disappointed in used shoe.

I originally ordered this show in a smaller size (and I loved the shoe, just too small) so I returned it and ordered the larger size. When I looked at them out of the box they looked like the display shoes with various creases, folds, scrapes and even foot flakes on the onside. Ugh. For the brand and price, I expect a quality NEW shoe when I buy it. I'm not sure if I'll be returning them because they are out of stock and I love the shoe and color, just not the "used" look. Very disappointed in the Macy's quality control.
