it stop working after a year. it keep running but not moving

The robot is nice, do a good job, but they don’t vacum dark carpets or with black details. It would be perfect if ECOVACS fix this problem

Great Robot Vacuum!!

This DEEBOT has been a champ at cleaning my floors from day one! I have him on a schedule of 3 times a week and outside of emptying the bin, I’ve had 0 issues with the vacuum. I’m sold on DEEBOT forever!!

Best robot vacuum on the market!

We are going on almost a year with our Deebot Ozmo930 and after owning 3 competitor brands I can say that the Deebot is by far the best. It is the smartest of the the “smart robot vacuums”. They have the best customer service and the app is truly easy to use. I will be purchasing another for our second floor!

Value for Money

I am a previous owner of a basic robot vacuum from a competitor and wanted to upgrade to a more feature-rich robot vacuum with smart mapping technology, mopping, and continuous cleaning. After conducting quite a bit of online research, I decided on the DEEBOT Ozmo 930, and could not be happier. The majority of our main floor is engineered hardwood, with the exception of one carpeted room. We also have a number of area rugs, mats, etc. I generally run the vacuum setting once or twice per week to pick up dust, dirt, cat hair, etc. and run the mopping setting maybe twice per month. The only issue I've had with it is that DEEBOT will occasionally get stuck underneath the front lip of my dishwasher, which seems to trap the raised sensor on the back of the device, if it happens to turn around in just the right manner. This happens perhaps once every four or five times that it runs. If we are not there, the cleaning will stop and then we can continue the clean cycle after freeing DEEBOT. I am in the market for another robot vacuum for a different floor of the house (mostly carpeted) and plan to purchase another DEEBOT.

I have not had my Ozmo930 for 18 months and I do not know what I would do with out it. There are a few things I would like to change...I have it stored in my mud room and if I want it to mop, it will not go over the runner to reach the hardwood floor so I can't use the mopping feature without relocating. I also have to re-establish the map on occasion. Other than that, I love it. I do have the software loaded to both my cell phones (work and personal) so I can have it vacuum the house while I'm out as the app has to work on the home wi-fi. It's the only way I can leave the house and have him vacuum for me. But if those little things are not important to you, this is a great little bot.
