Great to use

I got this sharpener after my husband passed. He had done all the sharpening. It works so well and I love having sharp knives.

Waste of money

Abrasive wore out quick and they will not sell replacement. You have buy another sharpener

Macys and Chef’s Choice deceive!

⚠️ Buyers beware: Macy’s sold me the wrong Chef’s Choice sharpener after I confirmed with them multiple times it would be the correct (discontinued) model. I waited nearly a month only to be misled. Chef’s Choice is even worse—no working website, no customer service, and no way to leave a review. Don’t waste your time or money with either company

Never again

Ordered and it’s back ordered-won’t let me cancel it so I can just buy it somewhere else. Ships from some other vendor even though I bought it from Macy’s website! Crappy customer service will be the end of Macys I’m afraid. It used to be SO nice to shop here but, that was years ago. Do not recommend using whoever this vendor is.

ATK was right

We bought this based on reviews/recommendation from America's Test Kitchen and it delivers! The sharpener is relatively easy to use with clear instructions and sharpened our *very* dull knives back to usable condition without taking an unreasonable amount of time. It's a solidly built (a little heavy) unit and seems like it will last for a while. Not cheap, but seems like a good investment if it continues to work the way it is now.

Same Great Quality 10 Years Later

I finally wore out the sharpening stones on my first Chef's Choice sharpener after 10 years of kitchen use. The new Model 15xV Trizor promises another decade of super sharpening.
