Model 15xVPRO Review

Works perfect to fine tune our Classic Wustof kitchen knives. It has brought them back to the exquisite blade sharpness they had when we bought them a year ago. Very happy with this purchase to maintain the sharpness with little to no effort...on my part.

Dead unit

Dead out of the box. Took it out of the box and plugged it in to charge it. It wouldn’t charge nor would it work. Threw receipt away so no warranty coverage even though it didn’t work from the first moment out of the box.

Great to use

I got this sharpener after my husband passed. He had done all the sharpening. It works so well and I love having sharp knives.

Abrasive wore out quick and they will not sell replacement. You have buy another sharpener

Macys and Chef’s Choice deceive!

⚠️ Buyers beware: Macy’s sold me the wrong Chef’s Choice sharpener after I confirmed with them multiple times it would be the correct (discontinued) model. I waited nearly a month only to be misled. Chef’s Choice is even worse—no working website, no customer service, and no way to leave a review. Don’t waste your time or money with either company

Never again

Ordered and it’s back ordered-won’t let me cancel it so I can just buy it somewhere else. Ships from some other vendor even though I bought it from Macy’s website! Crappy customer service will be the end of Macys I’m afraid. It used to be SO nice to shop here but, that was years ago. Do not recommend using whoever this vendor is.
