Sharp as a tac!

Bought this for my Husbands birthday. We own some very expensive kitchen knives. He really likes it, says it sharpens well, but the instructions were a little unclear. It gave multiple ways to sharpen but didn’t explain why you would choose that setting. Overall, he figured it out, sharpened all of our knives plus had my Mother bring her knives over.
