Love the white bluetooth but wrong charger

I charged my new Bluetooth and used it for the first time. It only held 15 minutes. The product description said up to 7 hours so I was disappointed! I think it’s because it’s the wrong charger. I have a white Bluetooth but a black charger and it doesn’t connect securely. Can I request a different charger in white that works? Thank you!

Trash

Straight to the trash they went. I was talking to my mom and we went even half an hour into the conversation when they were out of power, and believe me they were fully charged I had them charging all night. I guess you get what you pay for, I was going to leave 0 stars but you have to leave 1 in order to review
