Extremely Disappointed with Customer Service

I wanted to rate my Edikted Women’s Blaire Polka Dot Halter Top, except Macy’s sent the wrong shirt. That was just the start. I called customer service for a refund. They apologized but told me to contact the third-party seller myself. Absolutely not. I bought it from Macy’s, not a random vendor. Then they said I needed to mail it back again, but I said no. If they want it, they can send UPS or USPS to pick it up. They promised a refund. I waited. Nothing! Called again. Same apology, same “we fixed it.” Still nothing. Called a third time, same song, same script. Asked for a supervisor or someone from the U.S. because all the representatives I spoke to were offshore. The supervisor said he’d email the seller and told me to wait two more days. Two days later, the seller emailed me asking for pictures of the wrong shirt. No thanks, I deal with Macy’s, not whoever ships from their warehouse. Called a fourth time, now completely done with the runaround. Got a supervisor named Vic who said the only thing he could offer was $30 in Star Money (which expires next month) and a $3 “price adjustment.” So after all that, I got store credit and a headache. As a loyal customer and Macy’s cardholder, this was hands down the worst service I’ve ever had. I expected a simple refund, not four phone calls and a customer service maze of apologies. Macy’s, if anyone in corporate still cares about customer loyalty—do better.
