I never canceled this order

I did not cancel this order and by the time I found out what they had done; they had changed the price & had run out of my size. As a result, I am returning many things I had intended to keep... ??? no macy's close by: need a better place to shop. I regret this and was trying to buy this in black. I had called to tell an associate that a substantial payment had been paid and instead of telling me what was going on; she just canceled both and I found out AFTER THEY RAN OUT OF MY SIZE !!! ???
