Sizing Is Weird and Not for Small Chests!

I bought this top originally in a size small, but it was too big as the fabric stuck out on the sides of my boobs. I exchanged for a size xsmall and it still sticks out on the sides but the gap in between is HUGE! Somehow it got bigger than the small? There is no way I'd be able to wear this one anywhere without my whole chest being exposed. The pics above show girls with smaller chests and the gap is so small and fits them well, but even with the neck part adjusted all the way and the waist part in the last hole, I still have gaps and the space in between is too wide. I will try to include a pictures to compare (small on left, xsmall on right) Why is the gap on the right one, smaller size, so much bigger? Idk how to fix this issue without cutting an extra hole, but if it doesn't work then I'm stuck with a top I can't wear. I planned on wearing this to the club for my birthday, but there is NO WAY I could do that with this top.

Rlly Cute!

Really cute! Had to exchange for a size down as the small was too big around my boobs and kept sticking out. But I LOVE that it adjusts around the waist AND the neck. It is such a cute set with the matching shorts and can't wait to wear to the clurb! Feels like good quality and is very flattering too! If you are on the smaller chested side, I recommend sizing down a size!
