Cute but sizing is off

I feel like the sizing is off based on the chart. I sized up bc Im a 32 D but still an XS/S in most things. I got a medium in this due to the ties and it was very large on me even with a bigger chest. I wouldn't size up if you're bigger chested. Still gonna style it n wear it
