Nice but too big

I originally was going to order a large but instead I ordered a medium and it’s very roomy. I could wear it oversized but I was looking for more fitted look. For reference I’m 165 lbs.

Disappointed

Item was never received. I was told by Macy's representative that I could "purchase the item again" and then they would refund me for the first time. I am not paying twice for an item that should have arrived 3 days ago. Then I was told because Macy's used a third party vendor, this vendor "will contact you" regarding this refund. WHY???? Not too happy, Macy's.
