Disappointed

Item was never received. I was told by Macy's representative that I could "purchase the item again" and then they would refund me for the first time. I am not paying twice for an item that should have arrived 3 days ago. Then I was told because Macy's used a third party vendor, this vendor "will contact you" regarding this refund. WHY???? Not too happy, Macy's.

Awkward and Cheap

Thin, not very much weight to it which is what I was looking for when buying a flannel. the sleeves/armpits also fit weird
